Blade runner car concept (fan art)

Hello everybody. I have designed my own version of the "Blade runner spinner" used in the last movie. This is a fan art design made for fun.
I have tried to make the car more practical by adding - rear seats (for arrested criminals), active aerodynamic elements (flaps, rudder, spoilers) and more bottom propulsion + nozzles. There are multiple variations of the spinner - Police, FBI, Civilian, Racing and Limousine.
